- 1 oz of Wabasso Gin
- 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz of sugar syrup
- 1/4 oz of Crème de Cassis from Monna & Filles
- In a shaker, add gin, lemon and simple syrup with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Pour the creme de cassis on top, creating the “bramble” effect.
- Garnish with freshly picked blackberries, or add a splash of raspberry liqueur for a fruity and summery touch.
